Crushed walnut shell is the harder of the soft abrasives and will not damage metal, fiberglass or stone, making it versatile for a variety of cleaning, stripping and restoration projects. Walnut shell media is biodegradable, non-toxic, inert, and environmentally safe.  It preserves gel-coats, base, and primer while removing the top coats of paint.
